Procedures

(SPOT Orders (one time order) require LOI (Letter of Intent) to return a price quote and availability confirmation.)

1) Seller signs NCNDA with Buyer.

2) Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent) to Seller.

3) Seller issues SCO (soft corporate offer) to Buyer (with expiration).

4) Buyer issues POF (proof of funds) and Seller performs soft probe on funds.

5) Buyer issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) to Seller.

6) Proof of Life (on products) is by request (i.e; video of product in warehouse with time, date and form of ID).

7) Seller issues a (SPA) Sales and Purchase Agreement with detailed terms with Product Production Schedule and Price to Buyer.

8) SGS test on product prior to export. 10 days required for certification results.

9) Buyer contacts Agility Logistics (MM Media recommended shipper) or their own shipper to make shipping arrangements.

Factory and Shipper must coordinate shipping logistics minimum 2 weeks before delivery to port or airport by Factory. Unless Ex-Works requested by Buyer.

10) First time Client for Agility Logistics requires prepayment with possible line of credit (application) on second and subsequent shipments. Shipping payment for Agility can be put into Escrow with MM Media Escrow Attorney.

11) Payment is made through Bank Letter of Credit or Attorney to Attorney Escrow. (No direct Cash payments accepted unless negotiated in advance).

We have a group of 45 factories that will communicate only with our South Korean Ministry representative Sung Lee Yeob of IPSN for PPE. MM Media Management is authorized is an authorized Seller for the So. Korean Ministry.
